The latest issue of Zelda Magazine is off to the printer, with feature articles on the music of the Jazz Age, both days of early recording to those who specialize in it today! We also celebrate the art deco glory of Havana, Cuba, where the International Coalition of Art Deco Societies recently held its World Congress. St. Louis plays a big part in this issue, too, both as Zelda’s “Vintage City” and as the home to Sammy Tramp, our featured performer, known for vaudeville and old time silent films worldwide.
Speaking of silent films, we interviewed centenarian Mary Carlisle, who got her start as a child actress in silent films and graduated to musicals with Bing Crosby!
Look for issue 10 of Zelda Magazine soon!
