The Art Deco Preservation Ball

This year we return to the beautiful and historic Berkeley City Club, also known as Julia Morgan’s “Little Castle”. This year’s Ball takes its cue from the 1934 film, “Flying Down to Rio” which is also the title for this year’s Art Deco World Congress to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We invite you to honor this year’s Preservation Award winners with an exciting evening filled with music and entertainment by the DecoBelles and special guests, and dancing to the music of the Royal Society Jazz Orchestra with Carla Normand.

Last year’s Silent Auction broke records, and this year offerings promise to be even more exciting so don’t forget your checkbook. White Tie or Black Tie, Formal attire of the 1920s-1940’s. Carioca gowns and Brazilian touches welcome!
